Google & Meta Ads Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Google & Meta Ads Manager to plan, launch and optimise paid search campaigns for service‑based clients. The role is based onsite in DHA Phase 4, Lahore.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts.
• Monitor budgets, CPC, CPL, conversions and overall performance, and continuously optimise to improve ROI and lead quality.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and create/test ad copy, targeting and campaign strategies.
• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights to the wider marketing team.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience managing Google and Meta Ads/PPC campaigns.
• Experience with SaaS companies or digital marketing agencies and service‑based businesses.
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
• Must be physically based in Lahore and able to commute to DHA Phase 4.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of Google Ads, keyword research, campaign structure, bidding and conversion tracking.
• Proven ability to analyse campaign performance and make data‑driven decisions.
• Experience with lead generation and conversion‑focused advertising.
