Google & Meta Ads Specialist (Performance Marketing)

About the role

You will plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) for US‑based clients. The role covers the full campaign lifecycle from strategy through reporting, with a focus on lead generation and measurable ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and Local Services.
• Build and scale Meta Ads campaigns for prospecting, retargeting, and lead‑gen formats.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API.
• Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research; write ad copy and brief designers on creative needs.
• Monitor budgets, pacing, CPL, CPA, and ROAS daily and act on the data.
• Prepare clear weekly and monthly reports for clients and internal leadership.

Required profile

• 1‑2+ years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads for real budgets.
• Strong grasp of conversion tracking, attribution, and troubleshooting broken tracking.
• Experience with lead‑generation campaigns (service businesses, automotive, real estate, or e‑commerce a plus).
• Comfortable working US‑friendly evening hours and on‑site in Karachi.
