Graduate Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

About the role

Agento is seeking a recent graduate to join its AI Operating System team as a Forward Deployed Engineer. You will work remotely, bridging the gap between our AI platform and enterprise customers by designing, configuring, and deploying AI‑powered workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Build and improve AI‑driven workflows, agents, and automation pipelines on the Agento platform.
• Develop and test integrations with enterprise systems using APIs, databases, and Azure cloud services.
• Deploy solutions directly into customer environments, conduct demos, proof‑of‑value engagements, and provide hands‑on technical support.
• Document deployment procedures, create playbooks, and feed customer insights back into the product roadmap.

Required profile

• Recent graduate eager to accelerate learning in AI, software engineering, and enterprise deployment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a willingness to work closely with customers and internal product teams.
• High ownership, communication skills, and ability to troubleshoot production issues.

Required skills

• Experience with AI agents, large language models (LLMs) and workflow orchestration.
• Proficiency in API development and enterprise system integration.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, specifically Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as SharePoint, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Outlook, and project‑management tools.
