Graduate Software Development Engineer – AI Infrastructure

About the role

WriftAI is building the infrastructure that makes AI easy to deploy and scale in production. As a Graduate Software Development Engineer you will join a fast‑growing team that creates the APIs and services developers rely on to ship AI‑powered products.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain backend services and APIs that power the core WriftAI platform.
• Integrate systems with AI model inference, configuration and lifecycle management.
• Improve reliability, performance and usability of developer‑facing features.
• Collaborate with Platform Engineers and product teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
• Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.
• Debug and resolve production issues, writing clear, well‑tested code.

Required profile

• Graduated within the last 24 months or about to complete a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Passion for building production‑grade software and learning AI‑related technologies.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one backend language such as Go, Python or Java.
• Experience deploying machine‑learning models in a cloud environment.
• Understanding of object‑oriented design, algorithms, data structures and complexity analysis.
• Familiarity with cloud‑based or distributed architectures (nice to have).
• Exposure to observability tools and production debugging workflows (nice to have).
