Graphic Design Instructor

About the role

The Sorun School of IT Professionals (SSITP) is looking for a full‑time Graphic Design Instructor to join its Faisalabad campus. You will teach beginner to advanced learners the fundamentals and advanced techniques of graphic design, visual communication and web design, helping them build professional portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging classroom lessons on graphics, typography, branding and user‑interface design.
• Develop curricula, course materials and project‑based assessments aligned with industry standards.
• Demonstrate design workflows using Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma and other relevant tools.
• Review student work, provide constructive feedback and mentor learners through real‑world projects.
• Stay current with design trends and collaborate with fellow instructors on workshops and special training sessions.

Required profile

• Strong background in graphic design with the ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Experience teaching, training or mentoring in design or a related field is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, presentation and classroom management skills.
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia or equivalent practical experience.
• Commitment to inclusive, learner‑centered teaching and continuous professional development.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Experience using Figma or similar UI/UX design software.
• Solid understanding of visual communication, typography, layout, color theory and branding.
• Working knowledge of web design principles and responsive layout creation.
