Graphic Design Manager - Ad Video & Creative

About the role

The team is looking for a creative Graphic Design Manager who enjoys experimenting with new ideas, formats and styles. The role goes beyond executing briefs: you will help shape concepts, test different approaches and produce ad videos that perform.

Key responsibilities

• Create and edit ad videos for social media, paid campaigns and promos
• Develop creative concepts, hooks and storytelling angles for ads
• Experiment with new styles, transitions, effects and formats to find what works
• Design ad creatives, social media graphics, banners and campaign visuals
• Add motion graphics, captions, sound design and animations
• Create multiple variations of ads for A/B testing
• Keep all content aligned with brand guidelines
• Work with marketers and writers to turn ideas into high-performing creatives
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in video editing and graphic design
• Creative, experimental mindset with fresh ideas
• Strong sense of pacing, typography, colour and visual storytelling
• Understanding of what makes ads engaging on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook
• Able to take feedback, iterate quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
• Portfolio showing ad videos, creative work and design projects

Required skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator (or Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, Figma, Canva)
