Graphic Design Specialist – Visual Communications

About the role

Our client, the Punjab Skills Development Fund, is seeking a Graphic Design Specialist to join its creative team in Lahore. The role focuses on producing compelling visual communications across digital and print media to support brand development and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce graphics for presentations, advertisements, social media, and corporate collateral.
• Develop visual assets that align with brand standards and marketing objectives.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
• Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to understand requirements and deliver effective visual solutions.
• Edit photos, create digital illustrations, and incorporate video graphics when needed.
• Stay updated on design trends and tools to continuously improve visual output.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s (Hons) degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Design, Mass Communication or related field from an HEC‑recognized university.
• Minimum three years of professional experience in graphic design or a related discipline.
• Strong portfolio showcasing presentations, advertisements, social media graphics, and corporate collateral.
• Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory and layout.
• Ability to edit photos and create digital illustrations.
• Knowledge of video graphics and video editing (preferred).
