Graphic Designer - Adobe Creative Suite Expert

About the role

Kaizen Paints is looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer with at least two years of professional experience. The role focuses on producing visually compelling designs that communicate the brand’s messages across print and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop engaging graphics, layouts, product illustrations, logos, and website visuals using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Collaborate with marketing to design promotional materials such as brochures, banners, and digital ads that align with brand guidelines.
• Translate concepts into innovative visual designs while ensuring consistency and accuracy across all projects.
• Prepare final artwork for both print and digital distribution, managing design assets efficiently.
• Incorporate feedback, revise designs, and meet project timelines.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and software features to keep visual output fresh and modern.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of graphic design experience.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
• Strong collaboration skills to work closely with marketing and product teams.
• Ability to manage multiple design assets and meet deadlines.
