Graphic Designer & Creative Lead

About the role

Nurel.pk is looking for a skilled and experienced Graphic Designer & Creative Lead to take ownership of its brand's visual identity, lead the design team and oversee creative output across advertising, social media, eCommerce and packaging. The position is based onsite in Wapda Town, Lahore, and is full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the brand's visual identity and overall design quality.
• Develop creative concepts for advertising campaigns, product launches, promotions and brand communication.
• Design static ads, social media creatives and promotional materials, including Meta Ads creatives.
• Lead, manage and guide the design team, reviewing designs, giving constructive feedback and maintaining brand standards.
• Oversee website banners, eCommerce visuals, product graphics, packaging and other brand materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, content and video teams to execute campaigns.
• Plan and prioritize design tasks, manage deadlines and take responsibility for the team's output.

Required profile

• 3-4 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Mandatory hands-on experience working with eCommerce brands.
• Strong portfolio showing eCommerce creatives, advertising designs, product visuals, branding and campaign work; portfolio is mandatory.
• Proven ability to take ownership of projects and deliver high-quality work independently.
• Ability to manage, guide and review the work of other designers.
• Experience with FMCG, beauty, skincare, haircare or other consumer product brands is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Figma is a plus.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, visual hierarchy and brand identity.
• Understanding of product marketing, promotional campaigns and conversion-focused design.
• Own capable laptop/workstation required.
