Graphic Designer – Digital Illustration & Brand Identity

About the role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create high‑impact digital illustrations, marketing assets, and branded content across web, social media, email, and print channels. You will work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to turn strategic briefs into compelling visual narratives.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and produce digital illustrations, icons, and brand assets for multiple channels.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to translate briefs into visual solutions.
• Own the full creative lifecycle: ideation, wire‑framing, design review, and delivery.
• Present and defend design decisions to senior stakeholders.
• Maintain visual consistency and evolve brand guidelines.
• Mentor junior designers and lead design critiques.
• Track industry trends, emerging tools, and competitor positioning.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience with a focus on digital illustration and brand identity.
• Expert‑level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign for layout and print‑ready documents.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, grid systems, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to adapt design style across industries and audience segments.
• Clear communicator able to articulate visual ideas.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Illustration, or equivalent practical experience.
