Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Coordinator creates and executes visual content that supports Provox Global’s marketing, branding, product, e‑commerce and communications initiatives. This full‑time on‑site role blends graphic and product design expertise with hands‑on digital marketing execution.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce visual assets for digital platforms, print, packaging, social media and trade shows, ensuring brand consistency.
• Support e‑commerce efforts on Amazon Seller Central and BigCommerce, including product image creation, photo retouching, mockups and digital ad assets.
• Plan, design and launch email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, Snap Retail or similar tools.
• Manage multiple projects, maintain organized asset libraries, and coordinate artwork files with overseas manufacturers and vendors.

Required profile

• 5+ years of graphic and product design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Detail‑oriented visual communicator who can work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central, BigCommerce, Mailchimp, Snap Retail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
