Graphic Designer for Educational Materials

About the role

Navigator HR is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to create engaging print and digital textbooks for K‑12 students, from Kindergarten to 8th grade. The role involves turning educational content into visually appealing products while maintaining brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Design, layout, and digital production of textbooks and related educational products.
• Establish and improve product development workflows for new and existing print and digital items.
• Prepare, import, and set up PDFs in the new digital curriculum system, documenting efficient processes.
• Create visual content that aligns with brand guidelines across all projects.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver effective visual solutions.
• Develop creative concepts, stay updated on design trends, and iterate based on feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in educational or publishing environments.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles.
• Excellent communication and time‑management skills.
