Graphic Designer for YouTube Automation

About the role
We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join our YouTube automation team. You will craft eye‑catching thumbnails, channel art and other visual assets that boost click‑through rates and enhance the viewer experience across multiple YouTube channels.
Key responsibilities
- Design high‑converting YouTube thumbnails that attract attention and improve CTR.
- Create channel art, banners and branding elements that reflect each channel’s identity.
- Produce social‑media graphics and promotional visuals that support video marketing.
- Ensure all assets are optimized for YouTube’s platform and mobile devices.
- Stay up‑to‑date with design trends, YouTube aesthetics and best practices.
- Manage several design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably for YouTube or digital media.
- Strong portfolio showcasing thumbnails, channel art or similar digital assets.
- Ability to work collaboratively with remote content creators, editors and project managers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
