Graphic Designer & Instructor (Full‑time, On‑site)

About the role

Aztec IT Institute is seeking a full‑time Graphic Designer/Instructor to join its Faisalabad campus. You will create high‑quality visual assets for the institute’s branding, marketing, and educational materials while delivering engaging, hands‑on graphic design training to students.

Key responsibilities

• Design layouts, digital assets, and print collateral that reflect the institute’s brand standards.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and real‑world project examples for graphic design courses.
• Conduct in‑person classes, workshops, and project reviews, guiding learners through design tools and workflows.
• Mentor students on portfolio development and provide constructive feedback on assignments.
• Collaborate with academic and marketing teams to align visual content with curriculum goals and real‑world projects.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency with industry‑standard design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Figma).
• Demonstrated experience in branding, layout design, typography, and visual communication for both digital and print media.
• Experience creating instructional materials or teaching graphic design in an academic or professional setting.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex design concepts clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or equivalent professional experience.
