Graphic Designer – Remote, Full‑time

About the role

TargMark Inc., a remote‑first digital marketing agency, is looking for a creative Graphic Designer to produce high‑impact visual assets for a variety of online channels. You will work independently from concept to delivery while collaborating closely with your line manager.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging visuals for email campaigns, automations, social media, websites, blogs, landing pages, banner ads and other digital marketing channels.
• Research client brands, competitors, target audiences and market trends to develop effective creative concepts.
• Create layouts, design systems and graphics that follow each client’s branding guidelines.
• Generate ideas based on customer insights, marketing strategy, industry trends and campaign objectives.
• Participate in client briefing sessions to understand brand identity and business goals.
• Maintain attention to detail and deliver production‑ready designs on schedule.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work.
• Proactive, organized and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with design trends.
