Graphic Designer - Social Media, E-commerce & Etsy

About the role

A US-based company expanding its creative team is looking for a skilled, independent Graphic Designer to support its brands, digital marketing, social media and upcoming Etsy and e-commerce ventures. The position is full-time, on-site in Township, Lahore, with a shift of 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, and requires 1-3 years of experience with a portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Create daily social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) including posts, carousels, ads, banners and promotional graphics
• Design original graphics for Etsy and print-on-demand products, such as T-shirts, hoodies, mugs, tote bags, posters and wall art, plus typography, illustrations, patterns and seasonal collections
• Prepare high-resolution, print-ready files (PNG, SVG, PDF, vector) and product mockups and listing images
• Maintain consistent branding across multiple brands and create brochures, flyers, presentations, pitch decks and website graphics
• Collaborate with the digital marketing and business development teams on content calendars, campaigns and client-facing materials
• Organise and maintain design files, templates and brand assets

Required profile

• 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience; a strong portfolio is mandatory
• Previous experience with Etsy, Shopify, Amazon or print-on-demand, and T-shirt or merchandise design is preferred
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and handle several projects
• On-site only; remote applicants will not be considered

Required skills

• Advanced Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; Canva and basic Figma
• Typography, colour theory, composition and visual branding
• Print-ready artwork, image resolution and file formats
• Product mockups and e-commerce listing visuals
• AI-assisted tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney or ChatGPT are a plus
