Group Chief Financial Officer

About the role

Indigo seeks a seasoned Group CFO to lead financial strategy and oversight across its diversified portfolio, including a 4‑star hotel, real‑estate development, and government construction tenders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall financial strategy, planning, and governance for all business units.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management and financial reporting.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO for investments and expansion.
• Ensure robust internal controls, compliance and risk management across diverse lines.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Oversee costing, pricing and profitability analysis for real‑estate projects and government tenders.
• Mentor and lead finance teams across all units.

Required profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – mandatory.
• 15+ years progressive finance leadership experience, including at least 5 years as CFO or senior finance leader.
• Experience managing finance functions across multiple/diverse business entities.
• Exposure to real‑estate, construction or hospitality industries strongly preferred.
• Understanding of government tender/contract financial management is a plus.
• Strong command of financial reporting standards, taxation and corporate compliance in Pakistan.
