Growth Business Development Manager – Remote (Pakistan)

About the role

BingX, a leading global cryptocurrency exchange, is looking for a Growth Business Development Manager to expand its presence in Pakistan. This fully remote, full‑time position focuses on building strategic partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and crypto projects to drive trading volume and market adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development plans targeting KOLs and crypto projects.
• Lead the end‑to‑end process of introductions, negotiations, cooperation agreements, and contract sign‑offs.
• Identify, negotiate, and close profitable deals with potential KOLs.
• Support KOLs by designing special campaigns that increase their trading activity.
• Research new markets and customer needs to uncover growth opportunities.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with existing and new KOLs/clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.
• Background in channel or market development.
• Deep understanding of crypto markets is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
