We are seeking a Growth Manager to lead scalable growth initiatives for a global leader in software development and IT services. This full‑time remote position focuses on driving user acquisition, retention, and monetization through data‑driven strategies and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase user acquisition, retention, and revenue.
• Analyze platform metrics and user behavior to uncover optimization opportunities.
• Partner with product, marketing, and engineering teams to launch and iterate growth experiments.
• Manage paid acquisition campaigns and optimize spend across digital channels.
• Track key performance indicators and report growth performance to stakeholders.

• Proven experience in growth marketing or user acquisition with measurable results.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.
