Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

A Growth Marketing Manager is needed in Lahore, working 100% onsite with no remote or hybrid option. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role owns the company's growth plan: reaching more of the right customers, getting them to convert faster and keeping them longer. It is a hands-on, full-time position with 3 to 4 years of experience required.

Key responsibilities

• Own the growth strategy with the CEO: map the customer journey, identify the biggest levers and run an experimentation engine with a prioritized backlog and documented learnings.
• Own paid acquisition and campaigns: manage Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube, Demand Gen, App) and Meta Ads end to end, scale what works, cut what does not, and improve CAC, CPA and ROAS.
• Improve the funnel and conversion: fix drop-offs on landing pages, sign-up flows and lead forms, and build lifecycle programs across email, WhatsApp, SMS and retargeting.
• Build AI-powered workflows for reporting, creative production, research and personalization using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Make and Zapier, and set up dashboards and alerts.
• Own data and measurement: GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Conversion API and attribution; analyze cohorts, channel performance and unit economics, and build the growth dashboard used by the CEO.
• Turn performance data into creative briefs and run structured creative testing to catch fatigue early.

Required profile

• 3 to 4 years of experience in growth, performance or digital acquisition.
• A track record of growth you personally drove, with numbers.
• Hands-on scaling on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong command of CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV and unit economics.
• Hands-on GA4, GTM and conversion tracking.
• Everyday use of AI tools for marketing and automation.
• Executes the work personally rather than handing it to agencies.
