Growth Product Associate

About the role

As a Growth Product Associate at ImagineArt, you will work closely with senior product and growth leaders to identify opportunities, launch experiments, and improve the user journey from discovery to retention. The focus will be on organic social channels such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn.

Key responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities by analyzing user behavior, feedback, social trends, and competitor activity across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
• Run growth experiments: formulate hypotheses, define success metrics, launch tests, and recommend scaling or iteration.
• Support organic acquisition by testing content formats, messaging, creator collaborations, and distribution strategies on major social platforms.
• Improve the user journey by addressing friction in landing pages, signup flows, onboarding, and feature discovery.
• Translate insights into product work by writing briefs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Creative teams to move experiments from idea to launch.
• Maintain experiment trackers and dashboards, monitor acquisition and product metrics, and communicate findings.
• Help build repeatable growth loops and explore AI/automation tools for faster research and analysis.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in product management, growth, analytics, marketing, or related field (including internships, university projects, or independently built products).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, or equivalent practical experience.
• Basic understanding of product funnels, user acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention.
• Familiarity with major social platforms and curiosity about content-driven user action.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets and data to answer questions and support decisions.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to break unclear problems into practical steps.
• Interest in generative AI, consumer technology, and creative tools.
• Availability to work full-time on-site at NSTP, Islamabad.

Required skills

• Experience with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, or PostHog.
• Basic SQL knowledge or experience with Python, scripting, or automation tools.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, event tracking, and cohort analysis.
