Growth Product Manager – Organic Social

About the role

ImagineArt is seeking a Growth Product Manager focused on organic social channels to power its user acquisition without relying on paid media. You will own the end‑to‑end experimentation cycle, from spotting platform trends to launching and scaling growth loops across TikTok, Instagram Reels, X, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts and emerging networks.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch, and optimise organic growth experiments on major and emerging social platforms.
• Identify algorithm shifts and distribution opportunities before they become mainstream.
• Rapidly prototype campaigns, measure results, and decide to scale, iterate or discontinue within days.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Creative teams to build growth‑focused initiatives.
• Define success metrics and analyse performance using product analytics and social metrics.
• Develop repeatable systems that improve content distribution, user acquisition and product awareness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent technical experience.
• Proven experience in product growth, growth marketing, organic social or consumer growth roles.
• Deep understanding of how TikTok, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube and emerging platforms distribute content.
• Strong experimentation mindset with a bias toward shipping quickly and learning from data.
