Growth & Retention Manager

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on, analytically strong Manager – Growth & Retention to support base expansion and customer retention initiatives across key markets. The role translates lifecycle strategies into product roadmaps, campaign plans and drives analytics to reduce churn and grow value.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and execution of growth and retention plans for assigned markets, turning strategic roadmaps into concrete acquisition, base‑expansion, revenue‑uplift, and churn‑reduction campaigns.
• Create business cases for lifecycle, onboarding, upsell/cross‑sell, loyalty, and win‑back initiatives.
• Drive the commercial engine behind retention: churn modelling, cohort and segmentation analysis, and lifetime‑value tracking.
• Monitor campaign performance, pricing, promotional impact and ROI, flagging risks and opportunities.
• Drive adoption of Circles’ digital & AI‑driven products and track value realization across markets.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day with centralized SME functions (Product, CVM, Marketing, Market Research, Customer Happiness) and market teams.
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards and governance routines for acquisition, retention, and revenue KPIs.
• Localise global growth and retention playbooks while ensuring data‑driven decision‑making.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of the full telecom/MVNO subscriber lifecycle across acquisition, retention, win‑back and loyalty.
• Strong hands‑on skills in product planning, churn analysis, customer segmentation and lifetime‑value optimisation.
• Experience planning and executing lifecycle campaigns with clear, measurable outcomes and demonstrable ROI.
• Proficiency with digital stacks, campaign management tools, BI/analytics platforms and performance‑marketing dashboards.
• Comfortable working with data using SQL and advanced Excel modelling; exposure to Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Strong execution discipline, stakeholder management and clear communication skills.
