Growth & User Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Growth & User Acquisition Specialist to design, launch and optimise end‑to‑end digital acquisition funnels. This 3‑month remote contract focuses on lead generation, nurturing and conversion using email, WhatsApp/DM automation and AI‑driven landing pages.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build and execute complete user acquisition funnels.
• Create and optimise landing pages, funnel pages, quizzes and lead‑generation journeys.
• Set up and manage nurturing flows through Mailchimp email sequences.
• Implement WhatsApp/DM automation and lead nurturing using ManyChat or similar tools.
• Monitor live campaigns, track results and identify improvement opportunities.
• Generate regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
• Suggest enhancements to increase lead quality, engagement and conversion rates.
• Support campaign strategy, targeting, retargeting and audience segmentation.
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude for copy, quiz creation, funnel assets and testing ideas.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth launch and ongoing optimisation of campaigns.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, user acquisition or performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital funnels, lead generation, nurturing, reporting and conversion optimisation.
• Hands‑on experience building and optimising acquisition funnels independently.
• Ability to monitor campaign performance and propose practical improvements.
• Comfortable using AI tools for campaign and landing‑page development.
• Strategic thinker with strong communication, ownership and problem‑solving skills.
