Hajj and Umrah Travel Services Manager

About the role

The Hajj and Umrah Manager Consultant will design, manage and promote travel packages for pilgrims, working closely with internal creative, digital and client service teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with travel partners and ensure compliance with religious and regulatory requirements.
• Plan itineraries, oversee quality of accommodations and transportation, and monitor market trends.
• Collaborate with advertising and digital teams to create targeted promotional campaigns.
• Handle client inquiries, maintain vendor relationships, and prepare performance reports.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Hajj and Umrah procedures, logistics and Pakistan travel regulations.
• Experience in travel management or religious tourism, preferably in package design and vendor coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Islamic Studies, Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Demonstrated cultural sensitivity, integrity and commitment to respectful pilgrim services.

Required skills

• Client relationship management and consultation.
• Organizational and planning abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; fluency in Urdu and/or Arabic is a plus.
