Hajj & Umrah Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, customer‑focused Sales Executive to promote and sell Hajj and Umrah travel packages. You will work closely with individual and group clients, guiding them through package options and ensuring a smooth booking experience.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Hajj and Umrah packages to individual and group customers.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, and walk‑ins.
• Explain package details, including flights, accommodation, transportation, visa requirements and additional services.
• Recommend suitable packages based on customer needs and follow up to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Coordinate with operations and visa teams to ensure smooth processing of bookings.
• Keep accurate records of leads, bookings, payments and customer information.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and stay updated on pricing, airline schedules and hotel options.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Hajj & Umrah, travel & tourism, ticketing or sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional attitude.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
• Fluency in Urdu and English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
• Existing customer network or travel‑sales experience preferred.
