About the role
The Head of Compliance will lead the Quality Compliance function for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer, building and standardising compliance frameworks and driving the Quality Management System.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement and oversee compliance frameworks aligned with business objectives.
- Drive and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) across manufacturing and operations.
- Ensure all practices meet local DRAP regulations and international standards such as cGMP, PIC/S, EU, WHO and ICH.
Required profile
- Pharma‑D / B‑Pharm / MSc in a relevant discipline.
- 15–20 years pharmaceutical experience with at least 6 years in senior managerial roles in manufacturing.
Required skills
- In‑depth knowledge of DRAP regulations and cGMP guidelines.
- Experience with regulatory audit preparation, QMS and validation protocols.
- Familiarity with PIC/S, EU, WHO and ICH guidelines.
