Head of Compliance & QHSE

About the role

The role will lead the organization’s Compliance, Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) function across all facilities nationwide, focusing on compliance, audit management, SOP governance and regulatory readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and monitor a national compliance framework, maintain regulatory documentation and licenses.
• Lead internal, external, regulatory and client audits, manage findings, root‑cause analysis and CAPA closure.
• Develop, review and control SOPs, policies and checklists, ensuring implementation on paper and in practice.
• Set consistent QHSE standards for warehousing and storage, drive risk assessments, incident investigations and emergency preparedness.
• Oversee environmental compliance, waste management and facility‑level controls.
• Ensure new facilities are QHSE‑ready before operation, conducting compliance and risk assessments.
• Lead the national QHSE/Compliance team, set KPIs, training plans and provide regular dashboards and risk reports to management.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in Compliance, QHSE, HSE, Quality or Safety with multi‑site/nationwide operations.
• Proven audit, SOP governance, regulatory compliance, risk and CAPA experience.
• Experience in warehousing, logistics, FMCG, pharmaceutical, agricultural or similar industries.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Required skills

• ISO certification knowledge.
• NEBOSH or IOSH certifications (preferred).
• GDP / DRAP knowledge (advantageous for pharmaceutical clients).

What we offer

• Compensation: PKR 300,000–350,000.
