Head of Curriculum & Learning (Tech)

About the role

Edversity, a rapidly expanding technology education platform in Pakistan, is looking for a Head of Curriculum & Learning (Tech) to own the end‑to‑end development of its tech‑focused learning products. The role combines educational expertise with product development to create practical, career‑oriented programs in emerging technology fields.

Key responsibilities

• Define curriculum strategy across AI, Cybersecurity, Data, Cloud, Blockchain and other future‑technology areas.
• Design clear learning pathways, modules, projects, assessments and milestones aligned with learner needs and career outcomes.
• Translate high‑level program concepts into structured, engaging digital courses.
• Set learning objectives, target audiences, prerequisites and expected outcomes for each program.
• Prioritise subjects and skills based on market demand and strategic goals.
• Manage the full lifecycle of course development, from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with instructors, subject‑matter experts and cross‑functional teams (product, technology, design, video production, operations) to ensure high‑quality content.
• Establish curriculum frameworks, standards, templates and review processes.
• Maintain consistency and learner‑friendly presentation across all digital learning assets.

Required profile

• Proven experience at the intersection of education and product development.
• Ability to balance academic rigor, industry relevance, learner experience, scalability and business priorities.
• Hands‑on leadership skills with a track record of building systems, managing experts and improving learning outcomes.
• Strong understanding of emerging technology trends and their application in education.
