Head of Digital Growth & Marketing

About the role

Circles is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Growth and Digital Marketing to lead user acquisition, engagement, and retention for its digital‑first telecommunications brands worldwide. You will design and execute growth strategies, leverage data and martech tools, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet ambitious commercial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage day‑to‑day execution of go‑to‑market plans and ensure on‑time delivery of marketing activities.
• Oversee and optimize all organic and paid marketing channels for maximum impact.
• Analyze performance data to generate insights and continuously improve user engagement.
• Utilize the latest martech and digital tools to boost campaign performance.
• Develop and run A/B tests and other digital experiments to increase conversion rates.
• Monitor campaign results, produce actionable reports, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in growth or digital marketing with a proven record of driving user growth.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret metrics and translate insights into strategy.
• Hands‑on experience with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and other martech tools.
• Demonstrated skill in building and leading high‑performance teams.
• Expertise in A/B testing and conversion‑rate optimisation.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in zero‑to‑one startups, digital‑first businesses, or telecom is a plus.
