Head of Finance & Administration

About the role

Hydrosun Technologies is seeking a senior finance leader to oversee all financial and administrative functions for its rapidly expanding off‑grid water purification business. Based in Islamabad, the Head of Finance & Administration will work on‑site, partnering with senior leadership to drive strategic financial decisions across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, financial planning, cash‑flow management and financial reporting for the organization.
• Design, implement and maintain internal controls and accounting processes.
• Prepare management reports, analyze financial performance and support capital allocation decisions.
• Track climate‑finance initiatives and carbon‑credit revenue streams.
• Oversee vendor contracts, HR and payroll coordination, facilities management and policy implementation.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic growth and multi‑project resource allocation.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in finance and accounting, able to interpret and communicate financial data to non‑financial stakeholders.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, with a track record of producing accurate monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
• Advanced analytical skills for performance assessment, investment evaluation and climate‑finance support.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing finance and administration teams, establishing internal controls and improving processes.
