Head of Marketing

About the role

Lead the Marketing department to drive sustainable growth across revenue, customer base, ARPU, market share and customer lifetime value while accelerating 4G/5G adoption, Home Segment growth and digital revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and drive short-, medium- and long‑term growth plans for the mass market, translating customer trends, competitive dynamics and technology evolution into commercial priorities.
• Drive sustainable growth in revenue, customer base, ARPU and market share through segmentation, pricing, lifecycle management and differentiated propositions.
• Lead development and commercialization of 4G/5G propositions, Home Segment (FTTH/FWA), VAS, devices and innovative products, leveraging AI, advanced analytics and precision marketing.
• Transform the My Zong App into a Super App to boost user acquisition, engagement and monetisation through digital products, loyalty, gamification and ecosystem partnerships.
• Provide strategic direction for brand, media, communication and market activation, and lead marketing business planning, forecasting and performance management.
• Lead and develop approximately seven vertical/center heads, fostering a high‑performing, data‑driven marketing organisation.

Required profile

• 10‑12+ years of progressive telecom experience with senior leadership exposure at Director, HOD or Vertical Head level.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance or a related discipline.
