Head of Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Marketing Lead to own our B2B marketing function, boost brand visibility and drive demand generation. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Partnerships and senior leadership to create integrated campaigns that generate qualified leads and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define the marketing strategy, quarterly plans, channel priorities and budget.
• Design and execute integrated B2B campaigns across content, social, email, SEO, webinars and paid channels.
• Lead the content and social media calendar, managing themes, captions, publishing and platform adaptation.
• Oversee community engagement, paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), SEO, email nurturing, website improvements and webinars.
• Coordinate designers, video editors and writers, review and approve all marketing assets before publication.
• Work with Sales and Partnerships to capture, qualify and hand over marketing‑generated leads.
• Monitor performance, report KPIs and optimise campaigns based on results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 4–7 years of hands‑on B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology, SaaS, AI or IT services.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate resources independently.
• Portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns, social media platforms or case studies.
