Head of Mobile Growth & Monetization

About the role

MYZESTY, an AI‑powered creative platform, is seeking a senior, hands‑on Mobile Growth Leader to own the full growth funnel—from acquisition to revenue. You will lead an existing 4‑5 person growth team, set processes and KPIs, and scale the organization as the company grows.

Key responsibilities

• Own paid user acquisition across Google UAC/App Campaigns, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads and other channels, optimizing CPI, CAC, CPA, ROAS and LTV/CAC.
• Manage mobile analytics and attribution using Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust or equivalent MMPs, building dashboards for executive leadership.
• Lead ASO strategy for App Store and Google Play, improving keyword optimization, store conversion and creative testing.
• Drive subscription and in‑app revenue growth by optimizing paywalls, pricing, trials and IAP.
• Develop activation, engagement and retention strategies to improve D1/D7/D30 retention and reduce churn.
• Build a rigorous experimentation culture across acquisition, creative, ASO, conversion, pricing and monetization.
• Manage and develop the growth team, set clear KPIs, mentor members and recruit additional specialists.
• Identify strategic partnerships, influencer, affiliate, B2B and distribution opportunities to support commercial growth.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in growth, performance, digital or mobile marketing.
• 3+ years of people‑management experience.
• Proven track record of leading mobile‑app growth and delivering measurable results.
• Hands‑on experience with paid mobile user acquisition and ASO.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience managing significant marketing budgets.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Lahore.
