Head of Product - Fintech

About the role

Creative Chaos is looking for a Head of Product to lead product strategy, technical execution, and client engagement for fintech and telco payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap and KPIs for mass‑transit tap‑and‑pay, telco credit top‑up, and digital wallet integrations.
• Work closely with engineering and design to ship scalable, user‑friendly products and own the product‑technical interface.
• Act as product partner to key clients (telcos, banks, transit authorities), managing requirements, solutioning, implementation and ongoing operations.
• Collaborate with sales on proposals and ensure product development aligns with revenue and market expansion goals.

Required profile

• 8+ years in product, delivery or solutions roles with strong client‑facing leadership.
• At least 3 years in fintech, payments or telco‑focused companies.
• Prior leadership experience at a high‑growth startup or emerging‑market organization.

Required skills

• NFC, QR, contactless and EMV payment technologies.
• API orchestration, reconciliation and compliance.
• Telco APIs, ISO8583, SIM/USSD channels and digital identity layers.
• Digital wallets and offline‑first payment solutions.
