Head of Products & Analytics

About the role

The Head of Products & Analytics will lead strategy, development and continuous improvement of fundraising products, donor journeys and analytics. The role uses data and donor insight to strengthen offerings, identify new opportunities and support decision‑making across the organization and its global partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end lifecycle management of fundraising products, assess journeys and design strategies to increase donor engagement and retention.
• Improve donor experience by simplifying donation processes, launching new payment channels and capturing feedback for continuous improvement.
• Develop dashboards, reports and analytical frameworks to enable data‑driven decisions and monitor product performance.
• Provide strategic oversight of the Donor Management System, drive automation, ensure data governance and maintain documentation.

Required profile

• Strong strategic, numerical and analytical ability with 10‑12 years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree.
• Proven leadership in building and managing high‑performing teams.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• SQL.
• Power BI and other business intelligence tools.
