Head of Retail - Fashion & Home

About the role

We are looking for a senior retail leader to own the entire Pakistan store network for our fashion and home‑textiles brands. Reporting to the CEO of the Retail Division, you will be responsible for the national retail sales line and the store‑level profit & loss.

Key responsibilities

• Set and monitor store‑level targets, driving conversion, average transaction value, units per transaction, sales per square foot and sell‑through.
• Diagnose under‑performance, distinguishing execution issues from location challenges.
• Provide store demand forecasts, requisition plans and assortment feedback to the supply‑chain function.
• Lead Regional Sales Managers through weekly one‑to‑ones, monthly business reviews and quarterly planning.
• Oversee new store openings, site readiness and the turnaround or closure of existing stores.
• Develop the retail team, ensuring clear career paths, bench depth and effective floor‑behaviour training.
• Ensure visual‑merchandising standards, store discipline, grooming, phone policies, opening/closing routines and cleanliness, with regular audits.

Required profile

• 8+ years of retail sales and store‑operations experience, including at least 3 years managing a multi‑store region or network.
• Direct ownership of multi‑store sales targets and P&L with proven results.
• Experience managing managers (Regional Sales Managers) rather than only store managers.
