Head of Sales – Real Estate Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, commercially driven Head of Sales to lead the sales function across Dany Tameerat’s real‑estate projects. The role will own sales strategy, revenue targets, pipeline management, CRM discipline and client relationships, ensuring consistent project‑wise performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly and project‑specific revenue goals.
• Lead, coach and evaluate the sales team, setting clear targets and accountability.
• Oversee the full sales funnel from lead allocation through site visits, negotiation, booking and closure.
• Maintain disciplined use of HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate pipeline movement and timely reporting.
• Design inventory movement, pricing, promotions and sales campaigns.
• Build and sustain relationships with clients, investors, brokers and channel partners.
• Prepare forecasts, pipeline reports and commercial insights for senior management.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and pricing to uncover new opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• 8–12 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in real‑estate/property sector.
• Proven track record leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of real‑estate sales, project launches, forecasting and customer conversion.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical and decision‑making abilities.
