Head of SI Managed Services Products

About the role

The Head of SI Managed Services Products will lead Jazz Enterprise’s newly created systems integration and managed services product line, delivering end‑to‑end network, infrastructure, cloud and security solutions. Reporting to the VP of Products & Solutions, the role carries full P&L responsibility and works closely with Service Delivery to scale execution.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for SI and managed services, covering network integration, data‑center, cloud migration and managed operations.
• Manage the P&L for the portfolio, including revenue, margin, project profitability and investment decisions.
• Design commercial and delivery models (project‑based, managed service or outcome‑based) to compete with established systems integrators.
• Establish delivery governance, methodology and quality standards in partnership with Service Delivery.
• Lead technical relationships with priority OEM partners, ensuring product fit, certification and delivery capability.
• Collaborate with Strategic Alliances on partner tier progression, incentive programs and joint solution development.
• Partner with Enterprise Sales to shape, price and win complex multi‑technology opportunities across enterprise, public‑sector and financial‑services accounts.
• Ensure smooth handover from sales/design to Service Delivery and remain accountable for product performance and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor competitive landscape and evolve the portfolio to close capability gaps and create differentiated offers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading product strategy and P&L for systems integration or managed services businesses.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to design and implement delivery and pricing models.
• Experience working with global OEM partners and managing technical relationships.
• Ability to collaborate with sales, service delivery and alliance teams to drive growth.
• Knowledge of network, infrastructure, cloud and security integration services.
