Health Representative – Pharmaceutical Sales

About the role

The Health Representative will promote Pfizer’s vaccine portfolio to doctors, hospitals and other health‑care professionals within the assigned Karachi territory. The role involves delivering professional presentations, managing call plans and reporting activity to the Health Rep Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Make scheduled visits to practicing physicians, hospitals and health‑care organisations to present approved product indications.
• Prepare and maintain doctor/chemist contact lists and call records.
• Develop weekly and monthly call plans, obtain approvals and submit call reports on prescribed forms.
• Arrange product group meetings to discuss one or two products in detail.
• Collect and report competitive promotional activities and market intelligence.
• Coordinate with distributors to ensure product stock availability at retail outlets.
• Forward technical queries from doctors to the Medical Division and keep the manager informed.
• Maintain professional appearance, detailing kit and vehicle, and submit expenses and leave plans on time.

Required profile

• Science graduate; Pharm D preferred.
• Fresh to 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical selling.
• Ability to follow approved tour programs and achieve prescription targets.
