Health, Safety & Environment Executive – Peshawar

About the role

The HSE Executive will support safe working conditions and ensure environmental compliance at the beverage manufacturing plant in Peshawar. This hands‑on, factory‑based role involves daily monitoring, inspections, training and coordination with the Environmental Protection Agency.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily Gemba walks, safety audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Manage the Permit to Work (PTW) system for hot work, confined‑space entry, electrical work and work at height.
• Deliver health, safety and environmental training to employees and oversee contractor safety compliance.
• Operate and monitor the wastewater treatment plant, ensuring EPA‑mandated discharge standards are met.
• Prepare and submit quarterly EPA compliance reports and coordinate agency inspections.
• Maintain fire safety equipment, conduct fire drills and manage emergency preparedness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering or Environmental Sciences.
• 2–3 years of HSE experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Preferred NEBOSH or IOSH certification.
