About the role
Alnoor Diagnostic Centre seeks a dedicated Operations Executive to enhance daily operations and service quality in its healthcare facility. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage a team of five professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth, efficient workflows.
- Coordinate seamlessly between departments to facilitate communication and collaboration.
- Supervise a staff of five members, maintaining operational discipline and high‑quality service.
- Monitor service quality continuously and uphold patient‑first standards.
- Identify, address, and resolve operational issues promptly with practical solutions.
- Develop, review, and implement operational processes and SOPs to enhance productivity.
- Prepare comprehensive operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
Required profile
- Background in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field.
- At least two years of relevant experience in healthcare operations.
