About the role

Alnoor Diagnostic Centre is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily activities at its Lahore facility. The role focuses on ensuring smooth coordination across departments, maintaining high patient‑centric service standards, and driving continuous process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily operational activities to ensure efficient facility functioning.
• Coordinate smoothly between multiple departments to maintain seamless service delivery.
• Supervise and mentor a team of five staff members, fostering operational discipline and collaboration.
• Monitor service quality rigorously to uphold patient‑first standards and high satisfaction levels.
• Address operational challenges promptly by developing and implementing effective solutions.
• Track staff performance, attendance, and workflow to optimize productivity and resource allocation.
• Develop, review, and improve operational processes and standard operating procedures.
• Prepare detailed operational reports and provide regular updates to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or Healthcare Management.
• At least two years of relevant experience in healthcare operations or a similar role.
• Strong communication, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced healthcare environment.
