About the role

FlyRank AI is an AI-driven SEO platform that helps e-commerce and B2B SaaS teams grow organically, and it is hiring a full-time, on-site Healthcare Specialist in Lahore. The specialist applies medical and healthcare knowledge to review, validate and improve health-related content and data used across the platform and client projects, working with product, content and data teams to ensure clinical accuracy, safety and relevance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and annotate healthcare materials and data
• Support training initiatives for team members on medical standards
• Give input on healthcare-related features
• Maintain alignment with current clinical guidelines and best practices
• Communicate findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders
• Take part in quality assurance processes for health-focused content and workflows

Required profile

• Healthcare and medical knowledge, including a medicine background and experience as an EMT or similar clinical role
• Diploma or degree in Medicine, Nursing, Allied Health or Emergency Medical Technology preferred
• Experience training peers or teams on healthcare topics, protocols or standards
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore, in a multidisciplinary environment, managing several priorities with attention to detail

Required skills

• Strong communication skills to explain medical concepts to technical and non-technical teams
• Familiarity with clinical guidelines, patient safety principles and health information best practices
• Comfort with technology tools and willingness to learn AI- and data-driven workflows
• Experience with digital health, health technology or medical content review is an advantage
