Healthcare Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Healthcare Specialist to evaluate AI‑driven solutions in the medical field. Working remotely, you will ensure that models meet clinical standards, comply with regulations, and are safe for real‑world deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess healthcare AI models for clinical relevance, data integrity, and adherence to medical standards.
• Validate outputs against established healthcare guidelines and industry benchmarks to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify gaps in model performance and recommend improvements.
• Provide detailed feedback on model limitations, edge cases, and potential biases in healthcare applications.
• Document evaluation findings and contribute to reports that inform model refinement and regulatory submissions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare systems, clinical operations, or health informatics.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and FDA guidelines for medical AI.
• Ability to interpret clinical datasets and medical terminologies (ICD‑10, SNOMED CT).
• Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating AI models in healthcare or related domains.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying technical feedback to non‑technical stakeholders.
