Hospital Operations Director

About the role

Psychplus is seeking a strategic and results‑driven Hospital Operations Director to lead and scale operations across more than 20 hospital partnerships nationwide. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient, compliant, and high‑quality provider performance across all sites while acting as the primary liaison between hospital leadership and Psychplus.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations for multiple hospital contracts, ensuring seamless execution and high performance.
• Develop and manage provider scheduling strategies to optimize coverage, productivity, and continuity of care.
• Own and streamline provider onboarding and integration into hospital systems and workflows.
• Serve as the main point of contact between hospital executives and Psychplus leadership to align goals and resolve issues.
• Identify workflow gaps and implement scalable solutions to improve efficiency and patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, hospital protocols, and internal standards.
• Build, mentor, and manage operations teams, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Track KPIs, analyze operational data, and drive continuous improvement across all partnerships.
• Proactively address operational challenges, mitigate risks, and implement long‑term solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in hospital operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage large‑scale, multi‑site operations.
• Deep understanding of hospital workflows, provider management, and healthcare compliance.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
