Hospitality Assistant – Full‑time On‑site

About the role

The Assistant will work full‑time on‑site at our hostel in Faisalabad, supporting daily operations and ensuring a welcoming environment for executive guests. You will be the first point of contact for arrivals, departures and guest inquiries, helping to maintain a smooth and comfortable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage check‑ins and check‑outs, and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate room assignments and maintain accurate booking records.
• Assist with housekeeping schedules and keep common areas clean and orderly.
• Prepare simple reports and update booking information using internal systems.
• Facilitate communication between guests and management, and help resolve minor issues.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for professional interaction with executives.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple tasks.
• Customer‑service mindset with attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site and collaborate with a small team.
• Prior experience in hospitality, property management, or a customer‑facing role is an advantage.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency, especially with email and spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with simple booking or record‑keeping systems.
