Hotel Sales Executive – Lead Generation & Client Relations

About the role

The Hotel Sales Executive will drive revenue growth for The Pearl Group by generating new leads, managing the sales pipeline, and building lasting client relationships within the hospitality sector. Working independently in a fast‑paced environment, you will promote the hotel’s services, conduct market research, and deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new leads to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
• Maintain and expand a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Conduct market research to uncover business opportunities and monitor industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations showcasing the hotel’s services.
• Negotiate terms and close sales agreements in line with company policies.
• Accurately record client interactions and update sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide prompt, high‑quality customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year of experience in sales or the hotel industry.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office and email.
