HR & Administration Manager

About the role

We are looking for an HR & Administration Manager to own the full people agenda and ensure smooth operations of our Karachi and Lahore offices. You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership and the go‑to person for every colleague, from onboarding to promotion.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Divisional Heads to translate business goals into an annual HR plan aligned with regional and global policies.
• Own end‑to‑end hiring, build talent pipelines and strengthen the employer brand in Pakistan.
• Run the annual training needs analysis, deliver learning programmes and track impact.
• Maintain succession plans for critical roles and manage the performance cycle.
• Oversee payroll, salary reviews, bonuses and benefits in line with market benchmarks.
• Handle employee relations matters, grievances, disciplinary actions and lead engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Pakistani labour law, EOBI, SESSI/PESSI and maintain HR policies and HRIS.
• Oversee administration teams across both offices, set standards, approve spend and resolve escalations.

Required profile

• Master's or MBA in HR, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 8+ years progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial generalist role.
• Hands‑on experience across recruitment, onboarding, L&D, performance, succession planning and employee relations.
• Experience overseeing office administration teams and vendors.
• Strong knowledge of Pakistani labour law, EOBI, social security and payroll tax rules.
• Excellent English and Urdu communication skills, written and spoken.
• Professional certification such as CIPD, SHRM‑CP/SCP is a plus.
• Experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding or similar multinational environment.
• Working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or a similar HRIS.
