HR Assistant Manager – Business Process Improvement

About the role

Recruit AI is seeking a proactive HR professional to support day‑to‑day HR operations and employee‑related activities for a banking client in Peshawar. The role focuses on coordination, reporting, documentation, and process improvement within a structured banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and manage HR records, databases, reports, and documentation.
• Prepare and analyse HR reports using MS Excel, including employee data and dashboards.
• Assist in manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, transfers and other HR processes.
• Coordinate with business units and branches on HR‑related matters.
• Develop organisational structures, process flows and HR presentations using MS Visio and MS Office.
• Ensure timely completion of HR assignments, reports and management requirements while maintaining confidentiality.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
• Relevant HR experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with employees and management.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel – advanced reporting and data‑handling.
• Microsoft Visio – process‑flow and diagram creation.
• Microsoft Office – general productivity applications.
